CLASS SCHEDULE

Want to drop in for a WOD or stop by the box to say hi? Check our schedule. We look forward to seeing you! If you're dropping in as an experienced athlete to join one of our classes, be sure to sign up for your Drop In or contact us before arriving.

QUICK SCHEDULE:

MORNING: 6:00am, 7:15am, 8:30am, 9:45am
OPEN GYM: 1:00pm-3:30pm
AFTERNOON: 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
SATURDAY COMMUNITY WOD: 8:00am, 9:30am

Our Saturday Community WOD at 9:30 is a free class for anyone who'd like to drop in and see what it's all about.
